The living and dining room offer ample space for a sizeable dinner, should you want to eat in, while also giving you room to kick back after a long day out in London, with a nook here or there for you to cosy up in during the evenings with a book or a cup of tea. Each bedroom is extremely spacious, and can sleep two guests a piece - you’ll find it difficult to get out of bed in the mornings. The bathroom is freshly cleaned, and has both showering and bathing facilities for you to decide between.. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. You’ll be close to lots of greenery, while being walking distance from some of the most iconic spots in South London - You’ll also be enjoying excellent access to central London via Streatham Station, which is only a ten minute walk away. London is well connected by overground stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area with multiple parks in easy reach. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. You’ll be able to get anywhere in London relatively quickly via Streatham Station or London buses. Should you wish to get access to the overground - Brixton station is only a 20 minute walk away, and will take you into the heart of London via the Victoria line. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment tidy and perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
