Each Home contains a master bedroom with king- or queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms (each sleeping up to two people - these may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a second bathroom. Occupancy levels are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people Things you should know Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking. Pool heating is recommended during the months of October – April.

On days off from the parks guests can play tennis, basketball and football if they want to keep active, plus the children will have lots of fun playing on the two playgrounds. At the villa guests will enjoy the private screened swimming pool with outdoor furniture, plus the inside lounge area for watching TV. All towels and beds linens are supplied, and a house also includes a telephone. These villas are designed for self-catering and come with a fully-equipped kitchen, which comprises a conventional oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and vacuum cleaner. Nearby are various bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets that are all within a short drive. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $35 per week or part-week by credit or debit card, at the Welcome Centre as part of the registration process.
