When we talk about transportation in The Grandeur Residences, one has to consider the location of this residential complex as well. Grandeur Residences are located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah, which means it takes more than 15 minutes to reach the mainland by car. - Public transportation on Palm Jumeirah includes monorail that connects the island to mainland Dubai. Specifically, the monorail takes you from the Atlantis to the Gateway station at the entrance of The Palm. - One can also travel via Dubai tram (or light rail) that connects residents to places like Dubai Marina and JBR. - Taxis are also readily available near the sub-community.  Palm is in the heart of Dubai with easy access to Sheikh Zayed to go to any side of the city very fast. It is very close from Dubai Marina buzzing area but far more relax to stay avoiding city congestions and noise. Madinat Jumeirah with his souk, hotels, water canals, beach and restaurant is also 5 minutes away driving but palm has so many attractions that it could keep you busy a good part of your stay.
