Patio doors open up to the south-facing solarium where you will find the good-sized swimming pool (with optional heating) and a small garden for the sun-beds; the built-in barbecue and outdoor dining table lie under a covered area next to the swimming pool. Don't forget to enjoy a relaxing drink on the roof-top terrace from where you can enjoy wonderful views over the valley and sea. This is returned to you at the end of the holiday should there be no breakages or damage to the villa. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required, or the full amount if within 8 weeks or arrival, and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
