The Space: This duplex apartment occupies part of the first and second floors of this newly renovated Victorian building, and has been tastefully redesigned by a local interior designer. The first floor accommodates the first double bedroom equipped with an en suite and fitted wardrobe and working desk. The main open plan living/kitchen area is also situated on the first floor, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking substantial meals and features an extendable dining table for 8 guests. The living room has a Smart TV with Netflix as well as a double sofa bed. Upstairs you will find a large secondary living area which also functions as the main bedroom, however using a double sofa bed. The room features a large en suite with shower, as well as a large roof terrace with garden furniture and views of both the Shard & London Eye. The final bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king size bed and the whole of the upstairs is carpeted with deep carpets. Guest Access: Guests will have sole access to the entirety of the apartment. Interaction with Guests: Guests will be asked to check themselves in, unless requested or agreed otherwise. We will be available throughout your stay should you need us to make you stay more comfortable. The Neighborhood: Located in the heart of central London, in the Southwark area, and five minutes walk from Borough Underground station, you are ideally positioned with London’s main tourist sites, the City financial district and the shard are all within walking distance. Our favourite dining spots are within the world-famous Borough markets, where you can find a wide variety of world cuisines. Getting Around: The apartment is located five minutes from Borough & Southwark underground stations, granting you access to the entire London underground network whilst Waterloo train station is 10 minutes away. There are various bus stops nearby should you need to travel in or out of the city.
