The lower ground floor boasts an enormous kitchen/dining area. The bespoke kitchen units have been cleverly crafted to the unique space, making full use of the room with all the units along a single run. The large south facing garden area is situated to the rear, accessed via the double doors in the kitchen area the space is ideal for al-fresco dining in the summer. The shared bathroom can also be found on the lower ground floor. Getting Around: The apartment is located ten minutes from Highbury & Islington Underground Station, granting you access to the entire London underground network. There are various bus stops nearby should you need to travel in or out of the city.
