The hotel is a three star hotel that combines tradition and modern conveniences. Later, in 1851, Joseph Georg Daum bought the house and turned it into a hotel with all the comfort Parisian style. At that time, the citizens of Vienna could pay a visit to the interior of the hotel in exchange for a small fee and 4.700 persons were interested to see him 5 days after the inauguration.
