The apartment is on the first floor. It is equipped with Sat TV Astra, DVD player, free WiFi, radio with CD, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, iron, ironboard, hairdryer and safe. Apartment 3A (total 150 sqm) has 4 bedrooms (25, 25, 15, 12 sqm) each with a double bed except for the smallest bedroom that has a single bed; a living room (30 sqm with sofa bed), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), a toilet, a kitchen (15 sqm).
