Characteristic cozy apartment entirely with exposed brick located on the second and top floor of a former convent building characterized by the typical style of Milanese railing houses. We are located in the Paolo Sarpi neighborhood, the Chinatown of our city, which in 2010 underwent an urban redevelopment that made it more elegant. The apartment, consists of: Living Room: Spacious and bright equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table for four and a TV. Kitchen: open in the living room, it is equipped with a refrigerator and a stove, Bedroom: double equipped with a double bed, closet and bedside tables. Bathroom: windowed equipped with toilet, shower, sink, bidet and washing machine. Services included: WIFI internet, central heating and air conditioning. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The apartment is accessed by self-check-in via Key box with code. At check-in we will need to record each guest's information for legal purposes only, so you will be asked to show a valid ID. Please note that the facility does NOT have a front desk. Check-in times should always be arranged directly with the facility, and in any case no earlier than 3 p.m. and no later than 10 p.m. The apartment has a self check-in system with key box, so you can independently access the apartment with the personal code that we will provide on the day of arrival. To receive that code, you must first fill out an online form with your details and pay the Tourist Tax. The city tax is not included in the price, and is to be paid by the agreed check-in time; The City of Milan has set €4.5 per person per day. Guests under 18 are excluded.
