All rooms are medium to large in size and modern in decor. Colour schemes vary with the majority of rooms decorated in light and bright colours and others in darker colours. Some rooms also offer views looking up to the famous Table Mountain and all have a kitchenette area. All the rooms and the bathrooms are in good to very good condition.

There is a seperate breakfast room and restaurant. The restaurant is called Famous Butchers Grill and serves local and international dishes based strongly on meats. The breakfast room is situated on the fifth floor and has been totally modernized and has dark wood furnishings and blue carpeted floors matching the painted blue ceilings.
