Black chairs, white marble pillars and a red and black wave carpet set the tone for the hotel's upmarket eatery. Select your continental breakfast from the four metre long refrigerated counter and lunch or dinner from the Tandoor and Pizza ovens. There is a superb a la carte menu and an endless wine menu. There is also a mouth watering deli where guests can order anything they like or have the chef prepare something special on the spot.
Exterior
A modern glass fronted building with stylish retail shops at ground level on the entrance side to the hotel. The building is seven storeys tall with a large outdoor terrace facing Orange Street.
Lobby
The ground level entrance to 15 on Orange is small, stylish and unassuming but leads up to the stunning main reception area on the first floor with its stone red carpet and crisp white Volakas marble reception desk. The reception opens up to the vast atrium which is overlooked by the internal hotels rooms and the restaurant, lounge and bar all on the first floor.
