The apartment is just few meters away from Plaza Cataluna and Las Ramblas, and close to Metro and Bus stations, so that move around the city is easy from this location. The apartment has two double bedrooms, one full bathroom with bathtub, dining area and comfortable living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washingmachine. The property provides free WIFI acces, towels and linens. The are is full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets to provide you with all you may need during your stay in town. * There is lift / elevator in the building (with few steps in the entrance hall)IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 3,30 per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30 after 21h and 60 after midnight.- A 300 security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day.
