**March 2020 implemented a new cleaning protocol to meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning Comfortable apartment located in the Eixample area of Barcelona, close to the city center and few steps away from touristic places such as La Pedrera or Casa Batllo from Gaudi, Plaza Cataluna or Las Ramblas. The Metro station Girona (Line yellow L4) is just 2 minutes walking from the apartment, so that you will easily move around the city.The apartment has a bright and sunny dinning-living room with direct acces to the terrace, where you will be able to enjoy the warm and sunny mediterranean weather of Barcelona. The main bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, along the corridor you will find the other bedrooms, two of them double bedrooms with twin beds and the third one, a single bedroom with bunk beds. Along the corridor there's a second full bathroom. The apartment has a full equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. The property also provides free WIFi, bed linens and towels. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 3,30 per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30 after 21h and 60 after midnight.- A 500 security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500.
