**March 2020 implemented a new cleaning protocol to meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning.New and elegant apartment in the city center of Barcelona, located in the Eixample area. The apartment has two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower, an open style full equipped kitchen and a living-dining area with sofa bed and direct access to a sunny private terrace, so that you will be able to relax or enjoy your meals outside, enjoying the mediterranean weather of Barcelona. From this location you will be able to get to most of the main places to visit in town in few minutes. The metro station Diagonal (L5 - Blue Line) is just 3 minutes walking from the apartment, so that you will be able to move around the city easily. Around the apartment you will find all you may need during your stay such as supermarkets, bakerys or restaurants. IMPORTANT INFORMATIONThere's a reception at the building opened from 9: 30AM to 10PM every day. To get into the apartment out of the office hours, an App access will be given to have direct access to the building. In case of not having this code, you will need to contact the chec-in aget at 0034 661964231. For arrivals between 21h and 24h an extra check-in fee of 30 will be charged, after midnight it will be 60. The standard check in time is from 3PM. Check-out until 11AMThe apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Parties in the apartment are not allowed. Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 2.50 per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30 after 21h and 60 after midnight.A 300 security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
