The kitchen is an open space, connected to the dining-living room, fully equipped for your stay. The apartment is located in a residencial area, where you can find full of restaurants, supermarkets and shops to ger everything you may need during your stay. Metro Girona (L4 - Yellow Line) is just 4 minutes away from the apartment, so that you may be able to move easily around the city. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 2.50 per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30 after 21h and 60 after midnight.- A 300 security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day.
