Next to the apartment you will find the best restaurants and shops/boutiques to enjoy as maximum as possible your stay in the city.The apartment has 4 double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, dinnning room and a sunny living room with a nice balcony facing the tranquil inner patio. On the upper lever, you will find the third double bedroom with an open plan styled meaning you have to pass through this bedroom to reach the fourth guest bedroom (please, note that this area has low ceilings), and the second full bathroom. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Check-in from 15 p.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 3,30 per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30 after 21h and 60 after midnight.- A 300 security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500.
