Located in the heart of one of the most popular, safe and vital neighborhoods of Madrid.The Space:The 90 m2 apartment has a very spacious and bright living room with a dining table for 6/8 people. The sofa is very large and comfortable and the style is unique and modern. Flat screen TV perfect to watch your favourite movies.The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the necessary items to cook for comfort and feel at home.The bathroom is complete, including toilet paper, shampoo and body wash. Also hair dryer, etc. and everything you need, like towels.One bedroom has a double bed. The other one has 2 single beds. Do not worry about the sheets, they are also included!Guest Access:You can enjoy all the facilities that you will find in my apartment. You will have access and use of all the spaces. Note: Only the same number of people that appear on the booking can be stay in the studio. Of course, the entire apartment has an internet connection via high-speed Wi-Fi.Interaction with Guests:You can contact me for any type of information, recommendation or help you may need before, during and/or after your stay! Recommendations about the neighbourhood and the city and support 24h/7d for any incident or help you may need. It is expressly forbidden to hold parties or events in the apartment.2. Hours of silence defined by Municipal Regulations: 23.30-9.00. High levels of noise in the apartment within these hours can lead to the presence of the Municipal Police in the apartment and the eviction of the same.3. Good use of the common areas of the building.4. It is not allowed to leave bags or trash in the common spaces of the building (landings, corridors entrance hall, ...). Keep the trash inside the apartment or throw it in the bins outside the building at night.5. According to the state regulations, Law 42/2010, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.In case of non-compliance, the guest / s will be required to: 1. Cease non-compliance (1 notice). 2.
