The modern, completely white bathroom is located off the bedroom, which contains a comfortable double bed for a great night's sleep. The flat is perfect if you want to sample delicious Spanish and multi-ethnic food, fall in love with the beauty of the city's streets, and simply walk everywhere, soaking up the atmosphere and discovering the authentic Madrid.Getting Around:Madrid has an excellent public transport system (metro, trains and buses) that connects every corner of the city. The apartment is situated only 2 minutes' walk from Lavapies metro station (yellow line). One stop away on the same line (or just 10 minutes' walk) is Sol, Madrid's main square, its heart. Close to there is the impressive Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, the famous shopping street, the Retiro park and numerous other attractions.Public transport from the airport: follow signs for Metro (underground trains). Take train to Nuevos Ministerios. Change there and take Line 6 (grey) to Moncloa. Change there to Line 3 (yellow) and get off at Lavapies. Apartment is a short walk from there.Other Things to Note:Check-in is available all day long, starting from 3pm. If your arrive between 10pm and midnight, there will be an additional tariff of 20 that has to be paid in cash upon your arrival.
