The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook like at your place: a ceramic hob, a microwave, a large SMEG fridge and freezer, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and all sorts of cutlery, glassware cookware and tableware.The bedroom area counts with a comfy double pull-down bed (135cm x 190cm), two very spacious wardrobe with hangers and a full length mirror.In the bathroom you will find a large shower where you can relax after your excursions and all the products you could need during your stay: soap, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer and, of course, towels. Chueca is also the centre of Madrid s nightlife, the perfect spot to enjoy the famous Movida Madrilena with its cocktails and tapas bar open all night long. Moreover in front of the flat s building you'll find a supermarket open till 11pm, two traditional food markets exquisitely renewed (mercados de San Anton and el mercado Barcelo) and three subway stations (Chueca, Alonso Martinez y Tribunal).Getting Around:The best way to discover the city, given the central location, is surely to walk around its colourful calles (streets). It is expressly forbidden to hold parties or events in the apartment.2. Hours of silence defined by Municipal Regulations: 23.30-9.00. High levels of noise in the apartment within these hours can lead to the presence of the Municipal Police in the apartment and the eviction of the same.3. Good use of the common areas of the building.4. It is not allowed to leave bags or trash in the common spaces of the building (landings, corridors entrance hall, ...). Keep the trash inside the apartment or throw it in the bins outside the building during the night.5.
