Restaurant
Santos is a distinguished and cosmopolitan, Mediterranean restaurant, open for lunch (13.00-16.00) and dinner (20.30-00.00). It is open for drinks between 16.00 and 00.00. Fresh, Japanese cuisine is served in the Japo Restaurant, also open for lunch (13.30-16.00) and dinner (20.30-00.00). Milagritos provides a more relaxed, informal venue to enjoy traditional tapas bar. It opens between 20.00 and 02.00. The 20 Pasos Cafe serves coffees and other drinks in a comfortable lounge. It is open between 10.00 and 01.00. The Terrace Restaurant opens for drinks at 20.30 and serves food between 21.00 and 00.00. Drinks are then available until 03.00.
Exterior
The building is a traditional Andalusian style house, white painted walls with the traditional balconies with the very colourful geranium flower plants.
Lobby
The lobby is very modern, is like a long corridor with the reception desk and the cafeteria/bar in the left hand side. The lighting of the lobby changes into a different colour which makes a very special atmosphere.
Location
As well as the historic monuments of the surrounding city centre, the hotel is also close to Seville’s main shopping and commercial streets. The majestic Guadalquivir River, which divides the city in 2, can be seen from the rooftop terrace. The hotel’s location near the Cathedral mean that it is a great spot to enjoy the elaborate Easter celebrations and other festivals throughout the year.
