The building is an old house from the end of the 19th century and it has been carefully refurbished in order to retain many of the original features from that period (floors, stained-glass windows, courtyards and glazed tiles) giving it a truly romantic feel. Guests can enjoy the 2 courtyards and the rooftop terrace. Once upon a time (although not proven) before the Spanish Civil War, many people believe that the house was a hiding place for the Macarena, Seville's most loved virgin. The hotel endeavours to preserve and maintain the hotels original features as best they can in order to offer their guests a real ?Seville? experience in a warm, friendly and homely environment. Centrally located, traditional 'Andalusian' mansion dating back to the 19th century, sympathetically renovated as to not loose its original charm and features. Great central location, looking over a small picturesque square, with many of Seville?s major attractions within easy reach and close to main shopping areas.

25 well equipped en suite rooms, 7 of which have views onto the street, allowing guests to enjoy the city?s atmosphere from the balconies (2 rooms have private balconies). 16 of the rooms are distributed along the 2 interior courtyards: one courtyard is typically romantic and of the time it was built in and the other has a small fountain which will transport you back to Moorish Spain.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. However breakfast is served in the cafeteria opposite the hotel, and is complimentary. Note: because the breakfast is complimentary the hotel is not responsible that the cafeteria closes on bank holidays.
