Rooms
The hotel’s intimate and romantic atmosphere is reinforced in the hotel rooms by the antique wall cabinets, antique (although now empty) aquavit bottles and traditional wall paintings in the style of folk art from Dalarna Province. Like everything else in our hotels, this is merely a small proportion of the fantastic collection of antiques that belongs to the Bengtsson family, the hotel owners. As part of the rustic theme, all our rooms have been named after flowers that are the symbols of different Swedish provinces.
Restaurant
Within the hotel you’ll find Bistro Emma, and the Victory – our sister hotel around the corner – is home to the popular The Whole Beast and Pubologi. If you want to explore the city outside the hotel, the capital has a wealth of alternatives. Ask our staff for the latest recommendations. Our homely bistro, named after Lady Emma Hamilton, serves simple dishes including Greek salads, omelettes, club sandwiches and Swedish classics such as herring platters.
Exterior
Lady Hamilton is Bengtsson family’s most romantic hotel, situated on Storkyrkobrinken in the Old Town of Stockholm, only a few steps from the Royal Palace.
Lobby
There are two meeting rooms at Lady Hamilton hotel, both decorated with Swedish folklore in the same pleasant style as the rest of the hotel. Both rooms are equipped with TV, whiteboard and OH- projector. All other technical equipment must be pre-booked.
Location
With it's genuinely personal touch, the Lady Hamilton Hotel is a feminine and romantic hotel in a fantastic location next to the Royal Palace in Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s Old Town. The hotel’s charming personality goes hand in hand with the amazing collection of antiques in the Swedish peasant style, which decorates both public areas and hotel rooms.
