Exterior
The Grand Royale London Hyde Park was built at the turn of the century. Originally built in the 1850s, the private house was renovated in the early 1900s. The house became a hotel in 1966 and was reopened after refurbishment in 1972. The house front is of stone in an elaborate Franco-Flemish style.
Lobby
The lobby is small, decorated with original hard wood panelling dating back before the 1800's, this gives the lobby and lounge area a warm, historic and traditional atmosphere.
