With each new dish, patrons are transported to an exotic Vietnamese street market or a Thai food stall. Regional curries, fish sauces and spices are perfected to tantalizing effect in dishes such as; Spiced Chicken Samosas with Coriander Yogurt, Cod with Malaysian Chilli Sauce, and Pork Vindaloo.
