Important NoticeADULTS ONLY HOTEL: All guests must be 21 years of age or older to check in and visit hotel outlets. NON-SMOKING HOTEL: Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms at the Greystone Hotel. For your safety and the safety of others, candles or other sources of open flame are not permitted in the rooms. Any guest who violates the no smoking or open flame policy in a room will be charged a $250 cleaning fee. PET POLICY: Accepted. No more than two (2) household pets per room. Pets must be up to date on all shots and pets must be on a leash or in a cage if out of the room. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay will apply. A portion of this fee will be donated to the local pet shelter. CHECK IN POLICY: Check in time is at 16:00 and check out time is at 11:00. Early Check In and Late Check Out subject to additional charges and upon request. A valid ID will be required at check-in. PARKING: Overnight valet parking is available at $45 plus 7% tax per vehicle, per night (subject to change). RESORT FEE: The daily resort fee of $42 plus 14% includes: Rooftop pool access, Beach access (2 loungers and towels), Day passes to a local off-site gym, WiFi, Calls unlimited local and a selection of digital publications through the iPad room.
