Restaurant
CHOPHOUSE NEW ORLEANS Steak and seafood. That's what you'll find at Chophouse New Orleans. This new, chic restaurant is pure class. The beef is only USDA grade prime. To give you an example of what that means, only the top 3% of all beef gets the "prime" label. In short, this is the good stuff. As for the cuts of the meat you'll be sinking your teeth into, they're all barrel cuts. Translation? No fat. Onto the seafood. Chophouse only serves two types of fish. One is steak cuts of sea bass and the other is a local fish from the Gulf of Mexico. Limiting the types of fish means their fish is always fresh. So when you see "catch of the day" on the menu, you can take that to the bank. BON TON CAFÉ If you're partial to Cajun cuisine, you'll find the real deal at Bon Ton Café. The menu will get your mouth and eyes watering. Entrées include crawfish etouffée, crawfish bisque, and shrimp and oyster jambalaya. Want a real kick in the pants? Order their Rum Ramsey cocktail. It'll knock your socks and shoes off. Top your meal off with their devilishly awesome Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce.
