Every morning in The Parlour Bistro, our guests are treated to New York?s Best Breakfast, a buffet of locavore delicacies such as fresh croissants and pastries from Ceci Cela and Balthazar, jams and granola from Sarabeth's, salmon from Petrossian, H&H bagels and a Roger blend of coffee from Allann Brothers in Oregon. We also offer European meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, andouille and chicken sausage, hot oatmeal, and a medley of fresh fruit.
