The Parlour Bistro and The Parlour Lounge offer guests elegant and spirited environments for all-day and ?evening dining, cocktails and conversation. The Roger tapped acclaimed designer Anna Busta to create the chic, inviting atmospheres. Chef Julie Farias, formerly of Goat Town, offers an inventive menu of contemporary American cuisine. Every morning in The Parlour Bistro, our guests are treated to New York?s Best Breakfast, a buffet of locavore delicacies such as fresh croissants and pastries from Ceci Cela and Balthazar, jams and granola from Sarabeth's, salmon from Petrossian, H&H bagels and a Roger blend of coffee from Allann Brothers in Oregon. We also offer European meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, andouille and chicken sausage, hot oatmeal, and a medley of fresh fruit.
