Inside the lounge and master bedroom boast a television with cable channels and a DVD player to watch all your favourite films. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities make guests feel at home. Facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is an attractive option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications, therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Room info… Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Villa occupancy rates are as follows: - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be prepaid at the time of booking. Pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking – we recommend pool heating during the months of October – May.
