Rooms
All the rooms have a strong Parisian identity. They are decorated in the style of the area, known as La Nouvelle Athènes for its neoclassical architecture, which inspired artists and poets in the late nineteenth century. And they convey a specific image of Pigalle: historic, modern, decadent, multicultural, musical. They are simple and comfortable, full of domestic touches, more like a friend’s bedroom than a cookie-cutter hotel room. Each is a collection of objects, souvenirs, music, books and second-hand furniture, with a personality all of its own.
Restaurant
Local, natural and genuine. The menu offers simple and handpicked seasonal dishes that change with the vagaries of nature. They are prepared and served all day, and until late at night. It’s all about assembly rather than cooking, like a kitchen where most of the preparation is done beforehand, often using home-made jams, terrines, pickles and preserves made the summer before.
