Rooms
Rooms are elegantly decorated in Venetian style with original wooden beams on the ceiling. They are luminous and comfortable, quite spacious, even if quadruple rooms might look a bit crowded. There are also Superior rooms or Junior Suites that can accommodate families up to 5 people. All rooms and bathrooms have just been through a complete renovation and look in perfect condition. They are very well equipped with all the modern comforts and the latest tecnology. Few rooms present a king size bed and all rooms are non smoking, due to the precious fabrics used to decor.
Restaurant
Grab a bite from the snack bar/deli, or stay in and take advantage of the affittacamere's room service (during limited hours). Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 8 AM to 11 AM for a fee.
Exterior
Typical Venetian Palace dated back to the 15th century, recenly restored to its former glory.
Lobby
Lobby is located on the first floor, reachable by lift, and it is made only of a small reception desk.
Location
This charming small property is located in an ideal, quiet position, in the historical centre, between Piazzale Roma and the stunning Rialto Bridge. San Mark's Square is only 15 minutes away on foot or about 5 minutes by boat. Within a couple of minutes walk there is the Frari Church and the St. Rocco Great School. The Grassi Palace is also very close, only a boat stop away. The nearest boat stop, just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel, is named San Toma' and it is serviced by boat lines 1 and 82, which run along the Grand Canal through a spectacular sightseeing journey of 10/15 minutes from Piazzale Roma or the Santa Lucia train station. The area is lively with the day to day life of the Venetians, and with many shops, Bars and Restaurants.
